I turn complex business challenges into actionable solutions. Over 15+ years, I've worked across startups, Fortune 500 companies, and private equity while wearing hats from analyst to CEO. My approach is straightforward: structure the problem using hypothesis-driven frameworks, dig into the data to find real insights, build fact-based recommendations that persuade stakeholders at every level, and then roll up my sleeves to implement the solution and capture the value.
I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational execution. Whether it's leading a 1,000-employee property management company, advising a retail client on a $100M+ pricing opportunity, or building new reporting systems at a large tech company, I focus on practical solutions that actually work in the real world, not just on PowerPoint slides.
My Journey
My career has been driven by curiosity and a relentless appetite for learning. I started as a business analyst at Accenture, worked my way through strategy consulting roles at Booz & Company and Google, and eventually became CEO of a private equity portfolio company earning $300M in annual revenue. Along the way, I was named a McGowan Fellow at Columbia Business School while earning my MBA and graduated at the top of my class.
However, the real education has come from doing the work: deploying systems and processes for small businesses, executing diagnostic assessments for multinational corporations, and managing through extreme ambiguity during the COVID pandemic. Each role taught me something different, from the importance of infusing an organization with data-driven decision making to the reality that even the best strategy is worthless if you can't execute it. I've been fortunate to work on projects that deliver results not just to the bottom line, but to upskilling teams and advancing careers.
